Empire Earth V1.0.4.0 NOCD exe [english version]?
Is their a NoCD exe patch for the empire earth update 1.0.4.0 as an english version? The only one I can find is a german version? Please help.

Try compability mode. Right click .exe > Properties

compatibility mode probably wont help. i had the same problem with diablo2. the crack modified one of the actual files immediately called by the exe, and that was the file that wouldnt work. im not exactly sure how securom works though, so who knows. although, win xp pro is definetly your problem here
