Make sure that the file is Mpg not Avi if so get a AVI2MPEG-1 Converter that will take a while to do though. This might give it more quality for it to work on more programs.

That is really the best Player the "GYplay" but I think there is one more out there that, but still it goes on Mpeg.

I would suggest try to get one that has a better quality. Look around on DC sites and they might have it in Rar-Ace format so u can convert it into a Cdi and play it OR u can go onto Morphues or KazaA and look under Video try to find one that has Mpg or Mpeg there is where is get mine at!

It seems the people replying here are having trouble understanding basic English as they are going on about avi to mpeg and such.

If you need the DC DivX Player you can get it here my friend;

DC Emulation.com

or from the DC Divx homepage;

DC Divx Homepage

There is a new beta 3 version just come out and it rocks it plays divx quite nice although u need to encode the divx with a certain bitrate and make sure the window size is 320 x 352 to make it play smooth.

Check out a good graphical walkthrough of it Here.

I hope this helps.
