Can somebody help tell me if I have a PS2 v4 or v5?

I just bought a new PS2. I want to know if it is v4 o v5. It has eight screws at the bottom and it is NTSC (USA). I am attaching some pictures, so you guys can see them and tell me what version I have. I want to buy a messiah modchip, but I don't know if it will work with my PS2 NTSC version. Can somebody help me?
In case messiah does not work with my system, what is the best modchip for my version?

Well, I couldn't upload the pictures. The model No. SCPH-30001 R,
NTSC, Serial number U4019631, Bar-Code PT240196310, 8 screws at the bottom. What version do I have? Can I use Messiah with this version or what is the best mod-chip for my version?
