problems with win xp reg back up please help

i want to make a back up of my win xp i used iso buster to extract file n check everything out dose any one know what i need to alter to take out that 30 reg key thing? i have a win xp pro that i got off the net n tried to compare them but i cant figure out what was takin out also there r 2 extra image files in the win xp pro i got if any one has info on how to do this let me know
