Info on DVD games on cd's needed.

I'm having my PS2 chipped on Monday and I've been looking at lists of games. I notice that some of the games are on 4 cd's. Is it possible to just swap a cd mid game with the next disk. I didn't think this was possible.

if a game contains 4 disc you have to read the nfo file. There in they say where you need to save your game (wich place) and then you have to put in the next disc and load your saved game. www.isonews.com
