SONY 140E PROBLEMS

What is goin on with the SonY 140E. Using CDRWIN I can make an image fine, but when it comes to writing the Cd i get the message ( DAO error unable to set write speed)..OK so i manually set the write speed ,but still the same message.I have been using a 7502 for 3 years now with absolutly NO problems with cdrwin but because i want to use clone, I bought a second writer which was the 140e,this read n writes ok in clone but not in cdrwin. ANY IDEAS GUYS

You are using a version of CDRWin that supports the Sony, aren't you?
The version you used with the 7502 does not support it.

I have this dirve and it is great!

I use CloneCD , it works for me. The only thing that i can't copy is SD2 protection!
