If you copy all files except directx folder unless you need it to your hard drive into one directory such as AmerSetup, that is all four cd's to one directory and then run setup from the new dir. on the hard drive the game will play flawlessly with out having to switch cd's and if you make a dummy file with o bites for the logo.smk and name it the same in the dir where you installed the game it will start run with out having to watch the opening scene.
