Help with Comanche 4

Has anyone seen this? Made a copy and now I cannot select MP or single player. All other options work fine??

Any suggestions??

i had the same problem with this game then downloaded a patch from gamecopy and all the options became active single player etc..before they were greyed out due to poor patch.
