USAF and safedisk Aus.- please help

I scanned USAF with Clony, it told me it was protected with Safedisk. I applied unsafedisk to the USAF.ICD file and created a new file called testme.exe. I renamed "testme.exe to USAF.exe and overwrote the original and "hey presto" I have a back-up CD that will only work in my burner. Is there anything I can do to make it work in my standard CDrom player as I like to keep my burner for burning only????????
