Help Needed : Clone CD and Nerf Arena

Im having alot of trouble trying to make a working backup of Nerf Arena.
I used ClonyXL to check the protection and it came back with no protection so i used the suggested settings for clone CD, which were nothing selected.

Anyway I burned the copy and all looked good except i am getting an error on installation, its occuring on the unpacking of a certain texture every time and its asking me to check the disc is not damaged or dirty.

I have tried selecting read sub audio and read sub data and combinations of both but this just results in a disc which wont read at all.

Any experts out there that could help me out with where im going wrong?
I have 2 Burners a mitsumi and a samsung but its the same no matter which i use.

Some help or advice would be very much appreciated.
