Is it possible to burn Commandos II
with my hardware and how does it work?

If you are looking for a perfect copy, then you are out of luck. Commandos 2 uses SafeDisc version 2 and your CD-Burner doesn't support correct EMF coding.
However, you can use latest unSafeDisc( you can search for this on this site) to crack the game execution file, and then copy the whole content of the CD with the game.exe replaced with the cracked version. Please search the forum for previous Commandos II posts for details.

Try to download the latest version of CloneCD, (3.2.0.1), use the settings for a safedisc2 protection (fast error skip), then, when you have burn it, check the "amplify weak sectors" box...it should work.
