Bad icd-CRC32 Error!! for Unreal Tournament

I keep getting this error whenever I install the patch to back-up my Unreal Tournament CD. I'm following instructions like it says. I think it's just a problem with the patch, but I don't know. I really need help and fast too. If anybody knows how this can be fixed Please let me know. Thanks

If you're using a cracked CD when you install an offical patch (it installs to the harddrive not CD) you have to get a new version of the crack; otherwise the CD won't be recognized.

What do you mean by cracked cd? The CD is fine. I bought it about two weeks ago. It's the regular CD. Where can I get an updated patch though? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
