Backing up ps2 games

Is it safe to say that if the game is not an EA game that clonecd will do the job?

Also, my Quake III has an EA Games logo on the CD, so is this an EA game and will require a patch or will clonecd do it all?

One more... If I purchase a Neokey, will I have any problem playing my backups and will the Neokey work with my version of the PS2 (serial number starts with U6.....)

Thanks

Not all ea games require patching however most do. If using a neo key you will have to patch some games no matter what software you use, clonecd or cdrwin. The neokey works with all PS2's. So far all of the PS2's i have seen with a serial# begining with U6 have been the GT3 bundle edition. It is a version 4 PS2 and require's a gameshark2 V1.4 or better to boot PS2 backups.
