Emperor: Battle for Dune

Anyone have any luck backing up Emperor: Battle for Dune?
I am using CloneCD, and it acts like it is working, but if I take a look at the log it constantly says "PM Failed to read sector ####". It finally stops at "PM Failed to read sector 10029", but I figure the damage is done.
Is it that my CD-ROM drive can't read the disk?

I have a working copy of Emperor. Goto Gamecopyworld load down the CD-Copy-Files from Emperor and burn it with Nero 5. All 4 CDs by Multisession(I hope its the correct word, cause I'm German if not mail me)
