Diablo 2 No CD patch

I have the game and all cd's. Was wondering if there was a no cd patch so i can keep the cd out to have something else in. Does anyone know of a patch>

There are several No CD Patches out there. First at all you have to copy the whole play CD onto your HD. =)

1-install diablo 2
2-update to 1.06b
3-make 3 folder (play,movie,install)then,extract each cd in their folder
4-download the no-cd.exe for diablo 2 1.06b
5-extract the no-cd.exe inside the folder of the play cd
6-copy the install cd,the movie cd
7-burn the folder of the play cd (with the no-cd.exe inside) inside a cd

i don't know why,but it look like that d2 work only when you click on:
start,program,diablo2,diablo2

if you don't understand something (my english suck)
