disneyes herkules

i have an old game that i cant play,it is disneyes herkules.it wont start in win 98 or win mill but in win 95 it play fine.when i try to start in win 98 or win mill it tells me to close all cd-programs running
but notting is running-can enyone please help me.
maby whit a patch-send it on my email
