2 things: Diablo 2 v1.04 crack and copy Red Alert 2?

I need to know if there is a crack for Diablo 2 v1.04? The only cracks i found were for eariler versions and they no longer work. If there isnt a crack for this version, is anyone working on it?

Another thing is im trying to copy Red Alert 2. I tried following the instructions on this site but when i go to run the patch which patches the install.exe file i get this message "Access denied. Duplicate file or file already in use. Please remove crack_soviet.bat and instructions.txt and burn the game" I dunno if its supposed to say that or not but im assuming not since the copy doesnt work, it says "insert correct cd" when i click install. I used nero burning rom and i have a zip cd burner if that information helps any.

Any help with these two things would be greatly appreciated
