How to make the TR Chronicles no-cd work with original game cd?

I dont get it. The game doesnt install much at all, it reads almost everything directly from the cd. So how is a no-cd going to work with this game? Is the no-cd for another version of the game?

When I install the game I get no option for "Full install" like it says in the readme for the no-cd patch.

Can someone explain and maybe help me get the game working without the need of the game-cd?

Thanks

Nico,
This worked for me.

first completely uninstall the game from your HDD
Then install picking program files (if you are using DirectX 8.0)
Now copy entire contents of original game CD into the game directory, DO NOT OVEWRITE ANY FILES!
Take out game CD from CDROM.
Now extract the NoCD patch (from Game Copy World) into the game directory (DO OVERWITE ANY EXISTING FILES)
Run the Regsetup.exe
Finally run the autorun.exe and play the game.
Enjoy

Steve...

ps you will need about 565MB of space on HDD
Any more help email me at stevecuns**********com
