exe replacement

can someone help me?

when i am backing up my pc games i use blindread to read (i create a cue sheet) and cdrwin to write.

what i would like to now is how do i replace the exe file before i burn to disk, so i don't have to keep the new exe on a seperate disk and keep having to replace the old one.
