I cant't be a millionair

Hi all I have read and understood the change of the exec file and replaced the new disk lable to WWTBAM and it will not work, I have a response which says

a required .DLL file,BINKW32.DLL was not found

Can any one help albanymcolley********com

This edition is 1.08 English version
