How do i burn a PSX disk that is files and not an cd image? please help

Just found a Game gear amd SMS emulator for the PSX and the download is the files from the disk and not an iso.

these are the files

GGSMS:/Licence
:/PSrun.exe
:/readme.txt
:/sp.pxe

how would i burn these files onto a disk so that my PSX will boot it

I have nero latest version cdrwin and diskjuggler
could you give me the settings to use

can't say for sure but I know PS games are mixed mode and the format should be mode 2 / XA. Anything else I guess you'll have to play around until you make one that works.
