need help with making a back-up for NHL 2001faceoff

Anyone have any idea how I can make this work? I have tried the patch (pal4u) from megagames with no success. The original is ntsc, so do I have to change the conversion from ntsc to pal ...and make it pal to ntsc before trying to make a patch?? I can't seem to find a .ppf patch for it anywhere!

I need a pro's help....anyone out there?

use clonecd if your burner is 100% compatiable

clonecd won't make a flippin difference on this one.. it's got modchip protection and there is no patch to get around it. the only way your going to get this game running is a boot disk or my solution.. the gameshark.. it works cause that's what i have to use to get it to work.. you can download the gameshark image and burn to disk at www.megagames.com .. it's in the PSX utilities section. then you need to find the codes for the game which are at www.cmgsccc.com/psx .. enter in the codes after loading the gameshark.. there are 2 lines of code for this one.. after loading return to the main screen select boot cd,,take out the gameshark cd put in nhl and push the circle button.. this is all explained when you put the gameshark cd in.. it's the same thing as the ones you buy in the stores but they made it so you can put it on cd.. nice and clever.. anways.. this will deffinitely work for you.. and the NHL codes are the first ones listed on cmgsccc.. good luck!
