Trouble with CloneCD3 using Iomega writer with Burnproof

I was told that CloneCD is compatible with the Iomega burner(even the Clone Cd website says it is) but when I try to read the games to my Harddrive, the error message reads, "burner not compatible with CloneCD reading subchannel data tracks" What do I do? Should I try a lower read spead? I then used the CDRWin and it worked fine. But I was under the impression that Clone is the top of the line in burn programs!!!!!
