PPF-o-matic Mac version 2.0

I have a PowerMac and OS 8.5 and PPF-O-matic 2.0 when I select the PPF File the machine Freeze.

I've reinstall a clean OS on another disk and I got the same result I try to test PPF-O-matic 3.0 but I don't be able to use it. its a .dmg file and I don't know what to do with this file.

Someone can explain how use the version 3.0 or can explain what is wrong with the 2.0 version???
