DBGT Final Bout

I just downloaded DBGT Final Bout off of the internet. It is 12 files and in total is 152mb. When I extract it with winrar I get a bin and cue file. Do I have the right file?
I have tried burning it a lot of times but it can never load up on my ###ne. I have tried patching it with PPF-O-Matic using the files of ###ne universal patches and using fireburner I load the cuesheet and burn it. But it has never worked.
Can anyone help me?
