dvd-rom game backup

i made my first back up of madden2002(its a cd game) with cdrwin in the demo mode with no problem,now im trying to back up a dvd rom game. and i was reading that i need to use nero or primodvd...primodvd says i got a invalid disk???? do i need a dvd burner to do this??or do i use my cd burner its a lite on 8x4x32 im sorry for the retarted question..but on other directions i read,it said cdrwin will copy 99% of the games out there...thanks if anybody can spare a minute to set me straight

Your CD burner is not capable of burning a 4.7GB DVD game. So you need a DVD Burner for this.
