How to play original NTSC_US GAme on Japan console

Need help on two issues:
1. I got Tiger Wood PGA Tour 2001(NTSC_US) but I can't make it play on the Japan version of Console. Anything I can make it to work on a Japan m/c.

2. I using the CDWin to copy the game to my harddisc but how can I add in the down load pitch together and create a backup disc?
