anyone heard of this before?

A week ago I sent my PS2 to get the chip installed and now the guy tells me that the the tray won't close unless you "force" it closed. Has anyone else had that problem?
He's offering me use of a new un-chipped PS2 til he gets mine straightened out.

you should have sent your ps2 to consolechips.com,these people know what they are doing,chances are the bloke you got to chip it didnt know himself and decided to try someone elses instead of his own
