PS2 Patching (WE5)

I have several patches for WE5 Jap, but I want to convert the text into english. I have ppf 2.o, I put the image on my hard drive but there are no bin files!! How do I do it, and what is the best patch to use?

EASY MAN !!!!!!!

1) make a new folder called 'image' on hard drive.
2) make a image file of the game with cdrwin and
make sure you choose the folder you have
just created to save the image file into.
3) download the jap to english patch off this cool
sight GCW and unzip it into the same folder you
have just made a image of the game in.
4) use ppf to patch the .bin file
5) then burn back to a cdr using cdrwin again...

if you can follow what i mean it WILL work as i
have done this and hay presto !!!!!!!!!!!!
