ok when it says ntsc2pal patch, does it mean taht it just plays it pal after it is patched or can you still choose the version?

The PS2 ntsc2pal patcher patches the BIN file made by CDRWIN or other compatible CDR Software. It will ask you if you want PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL. It will search the entire BIN file and change it to the proper format. There is no switching it back and forth after the burn.
