NEED PATCH'S PLEASE HELP

IS THERE A UK / PAL PATCH FOR FINAL FANTASY 9 ALSO NEED UK/PAL PATCH FOR 102 DALMATIANS HAVE TRIED THE EURO /PAL PATCH FROM PDX BUT IT ONLY LETS YOU PLAY THE GAME IN GERMAN,SPAIN,DUTCH,ECT AND WHEN YOU FINISH LEVEL 2 IT RELOADS LEVEL 2 AGIAN ,HOPE YOU CAN HELP THANKS
