WWf Smackdown2 it wont work. Please Help me

i try backing up Smackdown2 but it wont let me play the game it pretends there is no CD in there and i dont want to destroy the original so is there a patch i can use????

i backed smackdown with nero and it works successfully... what happens when you try to run it?

i have done numerous copies with cdrwin and it worked fine
