Boot CD for newer DC Consoles + better cooling

Someone here once posted a link from a guy
who managed it to make a boot cd ,which
will as he said 100% work on new
dc consoles too,..
he also explained detailed how to do that ...

i LOST THAT LINK .....((
Anyways,...is it working now with newer ones
or not ,if that dude says its no way a prob getting games to run ,why all that "do not buy
one if its not build year 2000 " ?

second ..

The overheating prob .....

was a ps1 also prob ...we drilled some little
LITTLE!!!! ;-) holes into the case ...left side

where the power board was located ..
to get more air in it (or the heat out ) )
i saw that there is a cooler for the dc out ..
is it better?

no really ...beside that ...even better to drill
a mass of little holes into the dc case instead of
loosing it cuze of overheating ....

it worked really fine on my ps1 ..and on friends
ones too ,...
