i've read this today:

SONY SOLICITORS CLAIM BREACH OF COPYRIGHT LAW WITH MESSIAH

Channel Technology is taking legal advice, and assessing the claims by Sony solicitor's that the Messiah design breaches section 296 of the Copyright's, Design's and Patents law in the UK.

Once legal advice has been gained, Channel Technology will make an announcement regarding its position and views to the matter.

In the meantime, Only information regarding the Messiah design will be shown as it is not illegal to show the devices functions and existence, all online ordering of the Messiah has been removed.

does it mean: bye bye messiah ?????

Well I'm very sad about that if there are problems for Channel.

In the meantime, snap up those OrigaChips for PAL, US and JAP while you can. Because Sony will no doubt try going after them all.
