Iso and cue files?

I downloaded Virtual cop 2, and extracted it with winrar. I ended up with 2 files an Iso file and a cue file. How can i burn the game with Disk Juggler? I tired burning the game using premastering but the game was like 85 mins long and the cd is only 80mins. Is there any way to make the files more shorter. Please help me..
