How to create multi session cd's with one track bootable? (see SHENMUE 2)

Have tried all the day and nothing...
I know however that the secret is in the first track that must refers to the second one.
Using Isobuster -awesome tool- if you point to the first track of the first session it automatically jumps to the second one.
Have passed some time in searching the web for cdrecord man pages but examples were not good for this case.
So Mega. if you find something useful please do not hesitate to reply.
