Pioneer 104 Not Recognized By Primo Dvd Software

on nero i know of no problem with it although i do use prassi most time
but i used nero for while when first got a04 never had problem
mgs2 ntsc i had problem with prassi it read it np it burned 95%ish then would return unknown error
tried 3 -4 diff media played around a bit still same result(was a backup i was copying written on m8 american a03)
first attempt with nero copied it np
i still aint tried copying it again with prassi
but my point is mail me for the prassi update or use nero u should b ok
