Shoot, my fault..Misread it..Anyway it looks like either way there is nothing at the time..I'm sure you're referring to GS code but it seems like at the time..Nor Patch for this game either..
Only time will tell..If I get the GS code I'll repost it back up here if you still didn't get the game working..

There is a patch for the 2002 version but 2003 it's still fresh so you might need to wait a bit..Only thing is by the time they get the patch for the 2003, 2004 will be out for all we know..

i too have yet to find a patch for mlb2003. i had to go ahead and burn the image and waste a cdr so i could return the game at the video store. that sux.
