load bin in bin box load patch in patch box click apply burn bin with CRWin you can view the full patching tutorial at http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_patches.shtml (under the psx section I know but it is the same process involved. I followed this tutorial and had no problems whatsoever. Let us know how you got on.
