Safedisk 2 burner and media??? Please help.

I have a philips 1208 which is suppose to copy sd2. I have a toshiba dvd drive which are supose to be good readers. I have tried to copy safedisk 2 games, usig both as the reader and fast error set to 3 with no corection. The games can only play in the philips, not the toshiba drive. If i use cdrw media it can be played anywhere. So is this just a problem with the toshiba or my peice of crap cdr media. Please help.

ar..... you can try.... to restart your computer and try to play your copy..... see is it work or not.
