never had that happen with dvd-extractor sorry, but I say u need to clean the disk your ripping from.
scratches can cause that to happen within cd-copy. allthough the transfer slows right down it allways seems to get there in the end, I have had this happen with SSX snowboarding, the disk was very dirty. Regards Elkay
