HP cd writer 9510i 12x 8x 32x problem

hi all , i have a HP cd writer 9510i 12x 8x 32x , and i keep getting write errors on everything i try to copy ive tried
fireburner
easy cd creator 5
nero burning rom 5.5
and clone cd
cd media tried = traxdata cd'rs 12x , data safe cd'rs 8x and sony cd'rs 8x.
it use to work fine when i got it,
what could be the problem ?
