that would be considered warez unless you own that game. But i will tell you that cd-r's don't work on an xbox. Only dvdr/rw and cd-rw's work. So if you burned something on a cd-r, xbox won't read it. I dunno if thats your problem, but i cant help you with more than that, cuz warez is bad, and you should delete it if you don't own the game.
