Don't now if this post will be closed but your running into the mod protection, it can detect if your using a mod-chip or a gameshark, you need to use your second gameshark CD designed for PSone games and enter a boot or enable code.

Now, this will get you past the mod protection but doesn't guarantee you'll get a game to work considering the method your using.
