Yamaha 2100E is a burner that does everything - and is good for PS/PS2 games with CloneCD. For protected games, read and write from/to the Yamaha drive via the hard disk. It has an 8MB buffer.

My advice is to ensure that the burner is the Master device on the Secondary EIDE channel. If you mix CD and Hard disk, you could get buffer under-runs. It's usually a good idea to go via the hard disk because that way you always avoid coasters if there is a read error on the source and you're copying directly from a reader to a writer.
