Nero HELP!

I have followed the nero tutorial on http://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk/ for backing up ps2 dvd-r games and after setting up the nero wizard and pressing burn it just goes on to read original game then asks for writeable media ?? The "save image file" dialog box doesn't come up for me to save to hard disk . I have just gone on and followed prompts but with no success on pioneer dvd-rw multiple times and trying with different games with no success and now just got a coaster trying to burn WRC on a pioneer dvd-r . I have followed the nero tutorial on ps1 & ps2 cd's with excellent success but now I need to sort out where I am going wrong with the dvd-r's . I am using the latest version of nero 5.5.8.2 and can't see where I am going wrong . Any help on this subject is much appreciated
