can i not play certain games w/no solder mod??
hey all,
I have some bu's that don't work. I have a back up for my smugglers run 2 and it makes a high pitched noise the whole time the game is playing? I also have bu for moto gp and it only plays in black and white. Are these prob's due to my mod chip? again its a solderless chip. thanks !!

I have my copy of smugglers run 2 and i think it usally makes those noises because it is looking for the data that is scatered around on the disk. I cant help you about the other game never played it sorry. Hope i helped.

Black and White you say - the game is on a different colour system than your TV. i.e. NTSC or PAL.
The high pitched noise is your PS2 trying to read a recordable disk as they are calibrated to read originals. Dont worry about it.
