PPF patching - burning.

OMG! This could be a real simple problem.. with me trying to do it the hardway... typical ...

It's a .cdi image. The PPF provided requires me to patch the .iso cuz it uses crc to see if its the right size. I know what the patch does though.. changes it from 11700 to 11702. Would applying the patch anyway (it gives me that option in ppf-o-matic 3.0) harm anything.. you think? The game is Soul Calibur, for the record.
