from my experience its best to stay away from cheap dvd-r's

how about the FMV Spud does that run skip free?
I recommend Verbatim, Pioneer, Apple & Laser Branded media.

They all work 100% with skip free FMV (Full Motion Video)

"U get what u pay for" is so true when it comes to Dvd-r's.
