ntsc on pal with ar2+ns4 no good?

Hi and thanks for your reply.

The game itself is Vf4, miracle release - unpacks without any errors. I used CDRwin to burn with (.bin/.cue) on a 80min verbatim media as the .nfo suggested.

I boot up with AR2 and choose Start game > without codes .. and bang! freezing time.

So where the problem is.. well, I've seen Chronic released a PAL version of this game, and I've read in the AR2 manual it won't allow import games to be played and neither will my chip as I understand it (it's not a neo4, it's a no-solder "shit" chip) but do you happen to know any other pages besides this one with ntsc->pal patches or have any suggestion?
